With a decades worth of experience working for asset management organizations and national non-profits with an emphasis on identifying, recommending, developing, and implementing cost-effective means of stream-lining operations, Jeremy MacMillan-Hilton brings a unique vision and sense of direction to every rental and purchasing process. His strong background in marketing, training, and asset management in the non-profit corporate culture in real estate allows him to better serve his clients in their search for the perfect home because he has seen it all. He started his real estate career over 10 years ago in Ohio leasing apartments, where he "fell into real estate and began his lifelong passion for the industry. Since then, Jeremy has held many corporate level positions in the real estate industry, which moved him away from directly assisting the public, and he found that he missed the one-on-one connection with new clients and needed to make a change, thus propelling him into the New York City real estate arena. Nothing makes him happier than to be able to offer and leverage his expertise to ease the rental or purchasing process for his clients.

Jeremy Hilton is ex-military E.O.D. (Explosive Ordinance Disposal), i.e. the bomb squad.  He loves to spend time with family, exploring all that New York City has to offer.  As he best puts it, New York is like no other city. Everything you could ever want is available to you 24/7.  The culture in the city (museums, theatre, sports, etc.) is diverse and has something for everyone and offers new and exciting experiences, and his specialty he says is, Finding the perfect home for every client. Currently, Jeremy resides in Ridgefield, NJ with plans to move to downtown Manhattan in the Fall of 2012, and focuses in the Fidi, Battery Park City and TriBeCa areas of downtown Manhattan.
