I started my apartment search without a broker and was so disappointed to find that many apartments would be off-the-market or had several applications in by the time I could arrange to go into the city to see them. She made the process so much easier by coordinating the tours, talking with management whenever I had a question about the application/lease/payment, and is the reason why I was able to get a place so quickly that I like so much.
