JC helped me look for a 1 BR apartment over a 4 month period. I am a fairly demanding and picky individual. JC stuck to the process and showed me everything in my price range. He is very diligent and has great access because he gets to see the new inventory of apartments first. This is a big advantage because when he knows what you want he can get you in to see them before anyone else. I would highly recommend JC to work with as a broker.

And he was right, once we set our sights on a place, we moved FAST. But he kept close to us throughout the entire process, always ready to answer questions and act as our liaison to the landlord.
