In the course of trying to find our first apartment (a very stressful endeavor), my roommates and I met with several brokers who all seemed to be more interested in making a sale than finding us an apartment we genuinely loved. My friends and I were trying to fit four girls into three bedrooms - in the Village, that search wasn't easy. Jackie was so helpful in only bringing apartments to me that would realistically work. She was respectful, supportive, responsive, hardworking, straightforward, and a joy to work with throughout our difficult, month-long search. I cannot recommend Jackie enough. We showed up to an open house of hers where she was incredibly friendly and helpful (and obviously got along great with the current tenants), and then she offered to take us to another property nearby that fit our needs even better. We ended up taking the second apartment, a beautiful SoHo 3BR; she was nothing but helpful in getting the application in and approved, and was never pushy or giving us the hard sell. Even after the papers were signed (and thus her fee from management assured), she has been incredibly helpful and available in dealing with management, letting us in pre-lease to take measurements, recommending who to contact for new locks or other services, and anything else we could ask for. Plus, she's just awesome to talk to.

Jacqueline was a great broker and met all of our needs. She is a very personal broker and I could tell that she really had our best interest in mind. We had started with another broker and I didn't feel like he was meeting our needs but simply looking to make the most money. Jacqueline was always available when we needed her. We had a bit of a crisis when one of our roommates dropped out at 11 pm the night before the day that Jacqueline had filled with meetings to go see 4 bedroom apartments. We freaked out but Jacqueline worked everything out for us even at such a late hour! We saw so many great apartments that all met our needs. At first we were really concerned about location and only wanted to see apartments in certain areas but Jacqueline somehow knew what we would like and we ended up with an apartment in a totally different area than we thought. Jacqueline is amazing! My roommate and I were not the easiest clients, by far - we were both in the midst of graduating college in Massachusetts so we weren't the most flexible with apartment hunting dates and we were working through some move-in date issues. Jacqueline was patient and chipper throughout the entire process. She was super helpful and always made sure we understood 100% what we were getting into with a certain listing. It was refreshing to meet a broker who tells you the truth about listings and is willing to break down every detail multiple times until everyone's on the same page. She worked tirelessly for us and it really felt like I could depend on her and trust her to find us the best place within our price range. Speaking of, she always kept in mind our budget. At the beginning of the process, I told her that our absolute priority was budget and never once did she go above the budget. If you're looking for a nice place and you're not sure how to go about it, I'd definitely recommend giving Jacqueline a call - you'll be thankful you did!

A+ Jacqueline is the most dedicated broker in the entire city. As I'm writing this IT'S AFTER MIDNIGHT and she is still awake searching through listings, texting with me and trying to help me find a great apartment. Jacqueline is hands down THE broker to work with in Manhattan. She was recommended to me through a friend who had worked with her before, and it was the best phone call I ever made. Jacqueline is straightforward and professional in every sense, she asks the right questions to figure out exactly what you are looking for, and NEVER tries to throw in units that are out of budget or at all outside of your parameters just to try and score a deal. Every appointment was clearly laid out, she is timely and efficient and always does her homework before taking you out on an appointment. I was a difficult customer from the start, having things shake up with the number of roommates I had, what my budget would be, and where I wanted to live, and Jacqueline stuck with me to the end working with me for nearly four months to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I could not have asked for a better experience, and if you are looking for a broker in Manhattan, Jacqueline is the only choice. I will definitely be using her again in the future and recommending her to everyone I know.

While I did not rent with Jacqueline, I found her a pleasure to work with. She was very clear about the process of renting and was thorough in providing a list of apartments we had visited with addresses and all.
