Jason is the best Agent in Manhattan. This is the 2nd time I have rented a place through him and both times he has been outstanding!! All his places are clean and priced to rent, and he is very reliable and honest. Jason is also very organized when it comes to getting approval from landlords and very helpful with advice. If you are going to move to NYC you NEED to rent from Jason.

Jason was truthfully amazing. I found his company on yelp. He had amazing reviews so i went to renthop and contacted him on one of his listings. Within the minute he emailed me and spent saturday morning with me and was able to secure my dream apartment in midtown west. Thank you Jason!

When i first met up with Jason i had NO IDEA on what to expect. I've heard the worst stories about New York City brokers and being a being a novice to the whole NYC apartment market definitely did not help. Lucky for me, the first time i met Jason he was so friendly and helpful, always answering any and all questions I had no matter if they seemed ridiculous or not. He showed me only one apartment and told me this would be the one since he knew the neighborhood of midtown west so well and knew exactly what i was looking for. I fell in love but still wanted to see more apartments, first I did not believe him and went out with other brokers, spent 2 entire days but nothing yet compared to what Jason showed me. I finally came back and applied to the apartment Jason first showed me. Shout out to Jason for all his help and Eli, who helped a lot with application issues!!
