Jaqua, commonly referred to as "Jake", is a native New Yorker, born and raised in the Bedford Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn. After completing his bachelor's degree, Jake began his career working as accountant for a NY-based property management company who managed luxury multifamily rental properties for major institutional clients. For the past 15 years, Jake has worked for various real estate investment companies who owned, developed, and managed all classes of property in New York City. Jake's dedication and commitment to his work has helped him earn the respect and trust of his peers and colleagues.
Jake's decision to seek out a career in New York City real estate can be attributed to two main factors: his love for making and nurturing meaningful lasting relationships, and his desire to be on the front end of one of the most intriguing and dynamic real estate markets in the world. When Jake is not busy helping clients with complex real estate transactions, he is helping keep his Battery Park City neighbors healthy and fit, as a personal and group training specialist. Despite being super busy helping others, what Jake enjoys most, is spending quality time with his family.
