Neighborhood Expertise
Jake stands out because he genuinely cares about helping people. He loves meeting someone, finding out what they're looking for in a home, and guiding them through the process to find and secure it. This deep desire to assist others manifests itself in his quick response times, flexible schedule, and ability to facilitate an overall enjoyable renting or buying process.

Clients also appreciate Jake's knowledge of the market. He lives in the city and is constantly on the pulse of the latest availabilities and price trends. "My clients are happy to tap into that knowledge. They also enjoy how simple I make the process for them. New York City real estate can be stressful. I try to absorb as much of that stress as I can and filter the process down to just a few simple steps." To Jake, it's all about the client, whose needs are his priority. Working with him, you'll see what you want, and get what you need!

Jake specializes in apartments on the Upper East Side of Manhattan where he currently resides. The neighborhood has special meaning for him, because his grandparents moved there from Ireland and still live in the same apartment where they started their family. Growing up, Jake lived in many places: New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Syracuse, NY, Detroit, MI and Long Island. He understands the importance of finding a place you can call home, for the time being, or for years to come.

A graduate of Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia with a Bachelor's in Accounting and Finance, Jake previously worked as an accountant at Pricewaterhouse Coopers. He loves following the markets, from stocks to NYC real estate. In free time, you can find him at various basketball courts on the Upper East Side trying to dribble with his left hand, at home listening to music or a new audio book, or mingling with other members of ZogSports, a community of New Yorkers who meet for sports leagues and donate to local charities.
