From his personal experience living here over the last 11 years, he is able to provide insightful knowledge and apply it to the benefit of his clients.
A native of New Jersey, Gregory graduated from Rutgers University with a B.A. in Art History. This has given him an understanding of many architectural styles and construction techniques, along with an eye for value and historical perspective.
Prior to real estate, Gregory worked for many years in the restaurant industry and in customer service/hospitality. He also has a background in human resources and property management. When naturally gravitated to real estate, Gregory brought with him his solid skill set and strong penchant for client service. He specializes in North Brooklyn neighborhoods, from Prospect Park to Greenpoint.
An avid consumer of New York's art and food culture, Gregory also loves architecture and is fascinated by the city's rich history. He is inspired by the fact the NYC offers the opportunity for endless new discoveries.
