Gregory Pendl was born and raised in New York. He went to University in Europe, studying in Strasbourg, Paris, and Madrid. Before venturing in to Real Estate, Greg worked as Sales Manager for CMP Media - the largest technology media company in the United States. In addition, he worked as the Director for Sales in Spain for a Parisian based firm also involved in sales for technology based marketing.

His previous work experience - with its stress on tailoring products and services to clients' needs, combined with his outgoing personality and knowledge of the city, inevitably led him to Real Estate.

In his free time - of which there doesn't seem to be a great deal of - Greg plays golf, keeps up his membership at the Alliance Francaise, and makes plans to travel which, given his commitment to his clients and their need, never quite seem to materialize.
