Gioacchino Alaimo is passionate about New York real estate. He began his career in Italy, his native country, and continued from the moment he arrived in New York City. Gioacchino loves Manhattan and specializes in the downtown neighborhoods, particularly Chelsea, Greenwich Village, the West Village, the East Village, the Financial District and Battery Park; he also has experience in the Upper East and Upper West Sides. Outside of real estate, he likes to study film, play tennis, and enjoy modern art. He also has a musician's appreciation for all genres.
