Gay is very knowledgeable about apartments and neighborhoods in Upper Manhattan. We knew we wanted a large 2 bedroom apartment that would fit most of our furniture (moving from a house we had been in for 6 years) and room for our daughter to play. We wanted to live in Hudson Heights near our friends. Gay showed us several nice apartments in our price range, but none really felt big enough compared to our house. She convinced us to look at an apartment in Inwood she felt would be perfect for us and she was right! The minute we saw it we knew this was the place for us. We are now happily living in the biggest 3 bedroom apartment I could have hoped for. And we love Inwood. We couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Gay, she was patient, listened to what are real needs were and found us the perfect place.
