Gary moved from Tallinn, Estonia to New York City when he was only three years old; being a New Yorker, he knows the ins and outs of every neighborhood. His passion for sales started ever since his first real estate experience dating back to when he was 15 years old. Managing an individual broker's client base, he gained a sudden thrill for the fast-paced real estate lifestyle.
Gary is fluent both in English and Russian, where he will do anything possible to fulfill his own passion for his work and at the same time fulfill the client's expectations. As a recent graduate of Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business, he understands the typical student's struggle of the first settling into a proper NYC apartment. He specializes in finding a place to call home for people who are dealing with their first move-in experience in NYC, whether it is a student searching for their first apartment, someone relocating for work or even someone moving to simply experience the hectic NYC lifestyle. Although he specializes in first move-ins, Gary makes it his first priority to make any individual comfortable and at the end experienced with the intricate real estate market.
