Florencia Ferrero

As an Upper East Side resident for over 20 years, and the mother of two children, Florencia understands the busy NYC lifestyle. She knows how important it is to choose a home not just with the space you need, but the nearby amenities like schools, recreation and other conveniences that make your life easier.
Having personally rented, purchased and sold homes in NYC for her family over the years, without the assistance of a broker, she is intimately familiar with the process and the steps involved. Her goal is to share her experience with her clients, and guide them through their search and transaction armed with knowledge and confidence.

Florencia is also involved in a family business in Argentina that develops houses and townhouses. She helps with the design, finds new trends in construction, and handles marketing when properties are ready to go to market. Florencia loves modern design and architecture, and has a keen eye when it comes to identifying quality, style and potential.

Born and raised in Argentina, Florencia grew up going to Brazil every summer since the age of six. She speaks Spanish, Portuguese and English fluently. In addition to earning the equivalent of a Pharm. D degree from Universidad Nacional de Rosario in Argentina, Florencia holds a certificate in Translation from Hunter College. She previously worked in the pharmaceutical industry and as a sales representative for Clinique.

Married to an Argentinian native, and a spine surgeon for the Hospital for Special Surgery in Manhattan, Florencia has two accomplished children: a son who attends Cornell University and a daughter at Riverdale Country School. Over the years she was very involved doing volunteer work for their schools and managing their soccer teams. In free time, Florencia enjoys walking her dog along the East River and traveling with her husband. The couple also own a house upstate NY where bike, play tennis, run, and paddle board on the lake.
