Eva Shure grew up between New York and South Florida and was a theater major at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. After college, Eva started her real estate career as one of the youngest agents at Stribling & Associates, a luxury real estate company headquartered on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. At Stribling, Eva specialized in the sales of luxury lofts and townhouses in Chelsea and the West Village.
She then moved on to a leadership role at Moss Real Estate Group, a firm devoted to increasing the footprint and development of LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design)-certified buildings in New York City. At Moss, Eva was the Leasing Director and was responsible for hiring and training all new licensees on the New York rental world.
Eva has spent the last 15 years working with local and international buyers in identifying opportunities for flips and investment. She specializes in luxury sales and leasing of Manhattan properties and has expanded her expertise to include homes and investment properties in Orange and Hudson Counties as well as the Hamptons.
Eva is on the Board of Make-A-Wish Metro NY and is also on the Alumnae Board of The Hewitt School, an all-girls prep school on the Upper East Side of Manhattan.
