Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Ethan received a Bachelor degree in Finance from the University of Houston before moving to New York City. He served as the CFO and CTO of his family mortgage brokerage for 3 years before transitioning into real estate - uniquely positioning him to help his clients with anything related to financing. Ethan moved to New York City because he wanted to surround himself with people that strive to be the best at what they do. Ethan loves to read, cook, exercise, or watch bad sitcoms in his free time.
