Erica Marolda grew up in Cresskill, NJ the suburb of the Big Apple. She spent as much time as she could as a teenager driving down the West Side Highway and planning her move to NYC. She has lived all over the city from Midtown West to the Financial District and is now residing in the eclectic Lower East Side. She was formerly a Casting Director and casted TV Shows for MTV Networks, and has also been a Merchandiser for prominent clothing companies. Erica?s mother was a prominent real estate agent while she was growing up, and feels that she has the advantage to take the real estate business by the reins and continue to grow to her potential.
