From Kyoto, Japan, Eiji moved to New York over 20 years ago and has since become a bona fide New Yorker. He loves the energy and vibe of the cosmopolitan city, with its rich diversity of people. An art and theater lover, he also enjoys taking advantage of everything New York's culture scene has to offer.
Prior to joining Platinum, Eiji built an illustrious career in Human Resources, working in leadership roles for major corporations like Citi, American Express, and Colgate-Palmolive. He also spent time at a management consulting firm, focusing on finance with his actuarial qualification. Bringing his multifaceted skill set to the real estate industry, he became an agent because he gains genuine satisfaction from helping others achieve their goals, dreams, and desired lifestyles. When working with a client, he focuses first and foremost on developing a trusting relationship with them by understanding their needs and wants, then employs his well-honed business and finance acumen and his extensive experience in project management, negotiation, and communication to produce the best outcome for them. Strategic, transparent, and data-driven, he currently specializes in residential real estate with the goal of expanding into commercial real estate.
As a wellness enthusiast, Eiji enjoys doing yoga and meditation to start everyday. His favorite active pastime in the summer is hiking, while he loves to ski in the winter. He also strives to visit new places as often as he can, having checked 50 countries off his list so far. Eiji is fluent in Japanese and has limited working knowledge of Spanish.
