I found an apartment pretty painlessly through Edwin's site. Accurate ads!!! I asked him the necessary questions before going to see a place. He has both no-fee and fee options. I was initially leaning towards no fee, but he found me a good apartment with a fairly reasonable one month broker fee.

Edwin is awesome. He was very helpful in finding and suggesting good apartments, was patient, polite and accommodating given my difficult schedule, and really nice. I was eager to write this review for him because he led me to my new place on the UES! I couldn't recommend him more. Thanks, Edwin!
