My experience with the whole transaction has been great and comforting from start to finish. I had trouble looking for a 2 bedroom apartment in Tribeca that I actually liked and can afford through different agencies. Recommending a great broker who helped me and my friends find a 2 bedroom apartment in the fidi area. Edwin was the 3rd broker we used for finding our apt and was the one we stuck with because he had so much knowledge on a wide range of apts and building. It is my pleasure to recommend a broker who is actually not trying to push you into a apartment that's not for you just to get a commission. It's refreshing after dealing with two horrible brokers.

Edwin was very professional and precise on finding everything I asked from him with in my budget. Aside from his professionalism and superior knowledge of the real estate industry, Edwin sets himself apart with his personable approach to finding his clients a new home. He has helped me with my apartment search on two different occasions, and I could not be happier with his services.
