It goes without saying that this apartment hunting process was one of the more difficult ones I've ever experienced. However, the one bright spot of the entire thing was Duran's guidance, patience, and readiness to help. His top priority was ensuring that I was not only happy with the apartment I eventually chose, but that I was being fairly represented in a situation where I was otherwise out of my depths. He was a champion for fair treatment, respect, and efficiency the entire time and went out of his way to help me whenever he could. I've already recommended Duran's services to a friend moving back to NYC, but I could not recommend him enough!
