For Dmitriy Demydyuk, real estate has always been a passion, and a career goal. Licensed at age 18, he earned a BA degree in Business Administration and Finance from Baruch College with an emphasis in Real Estate, and began in the profession as a loan officer.

With both a natural flair for the business and an innate ability to work well with people, Dmitriy ultimately decided to pursue residential rentals and sales. He enjoys educating clients on the real estate process and helping them understand the different neighborhoods, building types and aspects of a transaction so they are fully informed when making all decisions.

His knowledge of Manhattan neighborhoods and relationship with most landlords and managements in the city makes finding a right home for his clients effortless.  Fluent in English and Russian, he serves a local, domestic and international clientele in their search for the perfect home.

Dmitriy takes all the time necessary to guide clients well and ensure that every detail is tended to in order to complete the transaction efficiently, expediently and successfully.
