While new to New York, Dianne is not new to real estate and the requisite people and business skills to be successful. She brings to CitySites Real Estate Group, Inc. more than twenty years of experience as a licensed real estate broker in Texas. Past work has involved primarily residential rental and property management with ongoing rental and management of personal rental properties in Austin, Texas.

Dianne served as associate dean for four years and associate professor of management in the MBA program for nine years in the School of Management and Business at St. Edward's University in Austin, Texas.  Prior to her work in academia, she consulted in leadership/management development through both in-company and public seminars.  Dianne especially enjoyed working in the aviation sector with a specialized application of behavioral theory to develop a culture of safety. She conducted aviation crew resource management training in public seminars, corporate flight departments, in several international airlines, and with a military flight organization.  In addition, she has been executive director of a nonprofit downtown association, owned a personnel search firm,  a small business consulting company, and served as a training coordinator for a utility company.

When not working on real estate projects, Dianne can be found in museums, parks, farmers markets, attending performances, and viewing galleries among the myriad of fascinating attractions in New York City.
