Derrick was born and raised in the New York City. He earned his Bachelor Degree in business administration and finance, while being an active member of CDGC (Community Development Governance Council). His only goal is to better improve the community of New Yorker's on a daily basis. This experience has led Derrick to see that the main problem people face in society; is the lack of comfort and convenience of their current living arrangements, from their home to work due to unreasonable distance or affordability, which can lead to unhealthy lifestyle. Derrick wants to rectify this issue by helping his clients find the perfect apartment they need for better living standards at the best rate.
