Born and raised in the Lower East Side neighborhood of New York City, Dennis is no stranger to the continuous development and progress throughout the Big Apple. He has experienced first-hand the extensive process of moving, renting, and finding a new home and decided to join REAL New York to help clients effectively navigate the complex real estate market.
Dennis attended Skidmore College where he earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration. As a student he spent a semester in Spain where he developed fluency in the Spanish language while focusing his studies in International Business & Spanish Culture. Upon graduating from Skidmore College, Dennis decided to venture abroad to Colombia where he spent half a year volunteering and teaching English to young students at a town just outside the city of Bogota. His love of learning different cultures and languages ultimately led to his decision to return back to New York City, a city that is widely regarded as the melting pot of the world. After returning home, Dennis began working in various customer experience, technology, and hospitality roles where he learned to pay special attention to the customer. He takes great pride in developing personable experiences and believes that it is incredibly important to go above and beyond for every client he works with. As a native New Yorker, he is determined to bring his personal experiences with the real estate market and his professional experiences to helping clients meet all of their real estate needs.
In his free time, he enjoys taking long walks and bike rides around the city in pursuit of hidden gem spots. He can often be found alongside the downtown Manhattan shore reading a mystery novel and drinking his favorite cup of La Colombe dark roast coffee.
