Dean specializes in the purchase and sale of luxury residences and investment properties. He has represented buyers and seller, investors and renters in all types of properties including cooperatives, condominiums, and town houses. He has sold apartments in many of Manhattan's most desirable buildings. He also works with investors on transactions such as Section 1031 tax free exchanges. Dean grew up in Denver, Colorado ,received a BA from Hofstra University and an MBA from The NYU Graduate School of Business.
