Daniel has enjoyed dealing with a full array of clients and situations since starting his real estate career. He began at a small brokerage firm in Brooklyn before joining Citi Habitats. His specialty is rentals, particularly in downtown Manhattan.

Daniel is driven to put his best foot forward for both his clients and other agents, which has given him a great reputation in the industry. Born in Baku on the shore of Azerbaijan, Daniel came to Belle Harbor, NY, also by the shore, at the age of three. He grew up in NYC and later graduated from Queens College with a degree in Communications/Media Studies.

Prior to real estate, he did some tech work, giving him a strong command of technology that he puts to good use in his real estate practice. Daniel lived in Belle Harbor/The Rockaways for most of his life, as well as in Flushing and Forest Hills, Queens. He is married with a mischievous rescue cat named Bob. His favorite pastimes include playing tennis, skiing when he can get to the mountains, riding roller coasters and the excitement of amusement parks in general.
