English, Hebrew, and French

In the modern age of technology, it takes a lot to stand out as a real estate agent - especially in New York City. With this in mind, Daniel Chocron uses strategic social media marketing to maximize exposure for his client's real estate goals. It's also a great way for him to meet new people, including new potential clients, while establishing excellent brand presence online. With roots in Los Angeles, Daniel made the big move across the country to follow his real estate passion in a city where hustling is the only way you can truly achieve new exciting opportunities.

When he's not out there finding homes or the perfect buyer for his clients, Daniel is maintaining a 4.0 grade point average while studying at Yeshiva University Sy Syms School of Business. One of his favorite experiences while in college so far has been when he spent a year abroad at Bar-Ilan University in Tel Aviv. While in Israel, he also worked for a hospitality group managing their media and events. This is when he first discovered his love of the endless capabilities social media offers any business.

Growing up in a family that specializes in real estate development his entire life, Daniel always knew he wanted to delve into the family business. In fact, he maintains an active real estate salesperson license in not only New York but also his home state of California. A people person, his appeal for real estate stemmed from the need to interact with lots of individuals from all walks of life in order to build a solid business pipeline. Tapping into his ability to speak both Hebrew and French in addition to English, Daniel is also able to reach a wider clientele than the average real estate agent in Manhattan.

A few things most people would find most interesting about Daniel is that he has a twin brother and can hold his own, as he has over 10 years of experience practicing mixed martial arts. In his free time, Daniel is also a brand manager for an up-and-coming street artist. His goal is to find exciting new ways to share the artwork across all social media channels while building a larger following for his client.
