Dragica Hansen, known by her nickname Cica (pronounced Tsitsa) is a versatile professional with almost 20 years of experience in the construction industry as a Structural Designer in England and California, 3 years as a Pre-school Instructional Assistant and for the past 5 years a Real Estate Salesperson in CA and NYC.
Cica understands the challenges that people have when looking for a home in a new area, city, state or country. Her negotiating skills are of great value as the buying a property is the biggest investment for most people. She empathizes with the sellers, buyers, tenants or landlords because Cica has been in all of those situations herself.
Originally from Serbia, Cica has lived in a few countries around the world (Spain, England and Singapore) before being relocated with her family to California and NYC. Living in many countries gives her a deep appreciation for the importance of home. Cica is a hardworking and honest person who loves to help people. She is a great listener, very understanding and very social and communicative. Cica speaks English and Serbian fluently.
