Bryan Williams' real estate clients marvel at his keen intuition about their needs. One recently asked him, "How did you know what I'd like just from a phone call?" It's simple: Bryan asks the right questions, knows the market inside and out, and has a get-it-done, no-nonsense attitude when it comes to fulfilling his clients' needs.
Having sold and rented numerous properties and represented sellers, buyers, landlords, and renters in the process from Harlem to the Financial District, Bryan has built strong relationships with many loyal clients along the way. He knows that every neighborhood has its unique charm and appeal, and that every individual has a different set of priorities. "My clients like that I have a sixth sense about their needs and that I take the time to understand what they want. Then, based on their preferences, lifestyle, and budget, I make an evaluation and find the best matches."
A New Jersey native, Bryan moved to New York to be in show business in the early 90's and fell instantly in love with the city. Years later, he fell in love with New York all over again when he got into real estate. While working as an actor / comedian, he was approached one night after his performance by the manager of a real estate firm who suggested he'd make a great real estate agent. Bryan never looked back. He began his career in rentals in the early 2000's and quickly excelled and developed a thriving business before moving over to Douglas Elliman to help them establish their Harlem Office in mid-2005. He subsequently established himself at Douglas Elliman and produced an impressive number of sales and rental transactions before finding a home on the Upper East Side with Bond New York Properties.
Though he works all over Manhattan, Bryan is a 25-year Upper East Side resident who is proud that 50% of his business is done right in his own neighborhood. If you are thinking of buying, selling, or renting, Bryan will deliver with exceptional service, expertise, and dedication.
