Prior to joining LG Fairmont, Evan owned and operated a screen-printing and promotional company in Long Island, called Rethink Your Ink. Evan was responsible for establishing and managing relationships with high profile clients, such as professional sports organizations, and Grammy-winning artists and their production companies. Evan prided himself on his enduring commitment to his customers, placing their needs above all, and taking no shortcuts in order to properly service their accounts.
A gymnast from the age of 5, Evan attended the prestigious UC Berkeley in California, where he earned numerous honors as a scholarship athlete. Most notably, he won the NCAA National Champion title for the Still Rings. Having spent nearly two decades as a competitive athlete, Evan knows how to work under pressure, and understands the requirements necessary to achieve goals. Also a musician since childhood, Evan graduated with a BA in Music, with an emphasis in composition.
Evan was born and raised just outside of the city in Long Island. Given this proximity to Manhattan, Evan cultivated an intimate understanding of the city's unique and diverse neighborhoods.

Evan is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
