He moved to New York City in the early 00s and remembers a time in real estate before the digital age; reaching clients by landline and even building a residential lease with a typewriter. Brennan is a hybrid Real Estate Agent and creative freelance professional, offering a unique multifaceted approach that clients often find to be refreshing. In 2017 Brennan released his first major documentary series Rickshaw Wars on FranceTV and Canal+; which he wrote, directed, narrated, and even secured distribution through his role as producer.
