After moving to New York City for our daughter to pursue her passion for musical theatre, we found ourselves falling in love with the city. We found a wonderful city where our family could thrive full of history and culture. We find ourselves just walking around for hours admiring the architecture and design of New York City. After working together for the past 20 years my wife, Lisa Kangas, and I have found our new passion of helping you find your next home. Over the past 20 years, we have worked closely with clients in the real estate industry. Owning and operating several companies including kitchen design and remodel, custom cabinets, appliances, and flipping homes. I have also served on the board of directors and president of the executive board for the Helena Building Industry Association. Bringing that expertise to the New York real estate industry was an easy transition.
