Asaf Breier

Where did you grow up?
I was born in New York, but grew up between southern California and Tel-Aviv. After completing my military service in the IDF I moved to Greenwich Village to earn my undergraduate degree in communications and psychology.

Where do you currently live?
Depending on what neighborhood map you look at I'm either in SoHo, Little Italy, ChinaTown, or Nolita. Whatever it's called, it's an amazing area to live in.

Tell us a little about your family...
My father has been in the high-tech industry as high level executive for over 20 years, and my mother is one of the highest decorated yoga and pilates instructors in Israel. They met during their military service and moved to the Upper East Side to work for the Israeli consulate.
I have large family that includes two sisters, a half brother (who's 24 years my junior), and two stepsisters. Family dinners are usually very loud, but full of love.

How did you get into real estate?
From the age of 18 I was managing our family real estate assets. My experience taught me how to rent, sell ,maintain, and invest in properties.  While I had personal experience in the field, my professional life started in high-tech sales. I quickly realized that I enjoyed the face to face nature of real estate business.

What's do you do for fun?
Everything's more fun with friends and family, but when they're not around I like to play Basketball, tennis, and hit the gym.
