My wife and I spent a couple of hours on a Saturday afternoon with Arie. He asked us a few questions to get an idea of what we wanted and had a good lineup of apartments to fit our budget. He is well versed in the neighborhoods (Forest Hills and Kew Gardens) and was quick to respond to all of our questions. He was patient and flexible enough to work with our hours. I reached out about an apartment that he has listed- was told to call to set up a viewing but when I did he said he would call me back after he verified some info about the listing. He sounded a bit off and upset- maybe I was disturbing him - not sure.
Eventually I did not rent an apartment from him, but his response is quite fast and kind.

Ari is a highly specialized agent for the Forest Hills, Rego Park and Kew Gardens areas!! He showed me five listings in the brief span of a weekend morning, and is truly a neighborhood expert. Unfortunately decided to stay in a different neighborhood, but would definitely recommend his services for the above mentioned areas! Professional and very responsive!
Ari was extremely helpful, responded quickly, and was fun to work with. It's clear that he's taken time to establish relationships with the management in the buildings he rents, as well as with other contacts like cable companies. You'll be in good hands with Ari.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Ari. My situation was very complicated as I am a U.K. citizen who had arrived to the U.S. only 8 months ago and therefore did not have much credit nor did I have a guarantor in the U.S. In addition, I had just been offered a new job so I was in need of a place ASAP. Ari miraculously managed to convince the landlord to approve me for the apartment and this was all done in less than week! He did all that he could in order to ensure that I received the keys the same day I handed in the lease.
I am very grateful for all the effort Ari put in, and I would most certainly work with him again in the future
Ari is a great guy! My wife and I met him to see an apartment and he went above and beyond to help us find the perfect spot. He took us to multiple locations even though his schedule was pretty much booked. We were so indecisive, in fact, that he let us see our favorite places again that same evening. He'll do pretty much anything to help you out and get a good place.
We had some issues with credit as well, and before anything was submitted he consistently came back at us for things we might need to make sure we would be approved.
Definitely a guy to have on your side.
