Having lived in various places around the world such as Shanghai, Hong Kong, Los Angeles and New York, apartment hunting and moving have always been a part of her life. Therefore, she is empathetic and very helpful to those who go through the process.
With her curious nature and adventurous personality, Andrea started exploring the city as soon as she arrived in Manhattan four years ago. Within a short span of time, she's lived in different neighborhoods including the Upper East Side, East Harlem, and the Upper West Side where she currently rents an apartment. With her multicultural background and knowledge of the city, Andrea is proud to say she is a New Yorker. Whether you are moving from overseas or simply across town, her goals are to work closely with you to help find the best options out there and navigate the market.
Andrea is also a skilled organizer. She will keep you informed and make sure the process moves along seamlessly. If you need some organizing tips for your prospective apartment, she can assist! Andrea previously demonstrated her business and interpersonal talents in the art industry. She worked at galleries, cultural institutes, and a major auction house. Her last position was as executive assistant at an art consulting firm, the mission of which is to bring together art and people through custom-tailored service. "It's all about finding a fit," she says, "just like real estate!"
Andrea was born in Shanghai and raised in Hong Kong. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from University of Southern California, and received her M.A. in Design History and Curatorial Studies from Parsons School of Design in NYC. Her multicultural background and fluency in English, and Mandarin and Cantonese Chinese, enables her to work with a diverse clientele, who find her to be very warm, friendly, responsive and professional.
In her free time, Andrea likes to museum and gallery hop, draw, read, and walk around the city. She also has an interest in photography and appreciates all the creative inspiration NYC has to offer.
