Andrusha is wonderful, she is so pleasant and easy to work with. She will really go to bat for you as a potential tenant and personally knows a lot of the landlords she works for. She has consistently filled apartments for them, so you know she can be trusted as she maintains relationships and has repeat clients. She was very helpful and communicative throughout the entire process and we never felt pressured into taking something we didn't love. Andrusha went over and beyond to help my husband and I find an apartment. She maintained a friendly, honest, and helpful attitude while working with us to find an apartment. She responded to inquires in a timely manner and even gave advice about looking for rentals in NY. We are still making a decision on a residence, but feel confident that Andrusha will assist us.

I had a very difficult time finding an apartment. Realtor's in general were either trying to push me into paying for something I really did not want, or were flat out not lifting a finger to help me. Andrusha, on the other hand was great. I saw two apartments with her, and when I saw the one I wanted she pushed it through so I was able to get the place quickly. I also watched her fend off another Realtor trying to take the place out from underneath me. So there you have it, she will physically fight for you. Also, her fee was very reasonable.

Andrusha was very attentive to what we were looking for in an apartment and did not try to push us into something she knew wouldn't work. She was honest about the unit that we were looking at.

We moved into our new apartment October 1 after starting our search in only mid-September. Within a week of our initial inquiry to Andrusha, we had met a landlord and settled on a new place! It was an absolutely stellar experience and I would recommend her to anyone! It was quite possibly the smartest and most sensible thing we could have done as renters who had strict budget and environmental requirements (nothing over $1300, at least 1br, close to mass transit and laundry, pet friendly.) I talked to Andrusha at length about what we were looking for and we got lucky- that week a place became available that was PERFECT. A bright and sunny 1 bedroom in a quiet building in a lively and very walkable neighborhood. Our cats love all the windows and we love the eat-in kitchen and large rooms. Nearly two months have gone by and we're still loving it and have no plans to move for quite some time. If we did, though, I'd definitely call Andrusha again! It was a pleasure.

That BIG smile in her photo, that's what you'll get when you talk to her, and that's what you'll get when you meet her. She was very responsive either via email, phone, or text. She covers the whole city, but presently, Queens is her main area. To be honest, Queens was not a top choice for me initially, but Andrusha emits this amazing energy that just really made me want to work with her. So happy I did! She listened to my needs, found the perfect apartment for me, and liaised between myself and the management company to work around my qualifying limitations. Lease signed!

I have a troublesome moment for an apartment in the past weeks. However, when I contacted her, she understood my situation that made difficulties to find the apartment by other brokers. She is helpful and understands people's situation. Of course, I can see that she is doing her best to help out to find the apartment. I would like to contact her for looking for places next time as well.

Andrusha is great- she's a professional and helpful and friendly. Another really good thing, especially for me, is that she is a prompt communicator. In apartment searching, I often get annoyed by brokers canceling or changing times or not really showing me the apartment I want to see. Look, I'm a busy person- I work, I try to schedule my time efficiently. It's really simple- I want to see apartments that fit me and I want a broker that is smart and gets it and does the work for me. That's Andrusha- she texts, she calls, she tells you everything that's up and she can figure out what you would like or wouldn't after the first time you meet her. And that's why she got us an apartment that we were looking for, based on our priorities that we told her. And it was a quick, painless, no bs process!
