I cant speak highly enough about Andre and Albert! My fiance and I lived in Boston and only had 3 weeks to find a new apartment once he accepted his new job in nyc. We reached out to so many realtors while in panic mode and Albert and Andre responded right away. I ended up only using them and felt weird at first putting all my eggs in one basket.
They asked a series of questions to further find out our needs and desires for our type of house. They were very up front and honest about all costs and fees if there were any, never any surprises. We were in nyc for 1 day and were shown 5 or 6 apartments that varied in price (always in our price range). This helped us understand what we could get for an apartment at different price points. We were very sticker shocked since we had never lived in nyc before. First day we were there, Andre helped us find an apartment!
