Anastasia was wonderful. She showed me two different apartments and we ended up signing on the second one. She answered all our questions promptly and accurately. She waited with me one day for an hour to show my roommate the apartment we were seeing. She really wants to help YOU find the right apartment and we appreciated that so much!! Many agents just want to shovel off the first apartment on you as quickly as possible, but Anastasia took the time to find the right place for us!

I would recommend Anastasia Ames to anyone looking for the perfect home. She was very reliable, easy to deal with and responsible in doing her best in finding us exactly what we were looking for. Unlike many broker I dealt with in the past, i was nicely surprised with her professionalism, and foremost how passionate she is about her job. it was not about the money and she certainly did not waste our time.
I did not rent from Anastasia but she has been extremely helpful from my first inquiry until I ended up finding a place. She always responded in a timely manner and kept me in mind for new listings that matched my criteria. Would certainly contact her again in the future.

Anastasia is a very responsive agent. When we wanted to move to Greenpoint we initially had zero idea where to start and what to expect. Anastasia gave us a good idea where things stood when we searched. It was very reassuring that she followed up with us frequently. Ultimately we didn't rent an apartment from Anastasia, but we would still wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking in Greentpoint/Williamsburg.

While I did not ultimately rent my apartment from Anastasia, she was great to work with. She was very responsive and made the entire process seem much less stressful than it actually was. I have never had a better experience with a broker. Highly recommended.
Anastasia was a fantastic agent. She was professional, attentive, prompt, and honest. I could not be happier with my experience.My roommate and I were having a very long day looking at apartments. We made the appointment with Anastasia last minute and had to move it back several times until finally meeting with her around five. Throughout our unorganized dealings Anastasia was incredibly accommodating and patient.Anastasia's best trait is her enthusiasm about the neighborhood. After showing us the apartment she was insistent on taking us on a tour of Greenpoint culminating in a walk down the pier.We closed on the apartment in lightening speed despite difficulties that were our fault and not Anastasia's. I could not be happier with the apartment or the neighborhood. I will certainly refer her to my friends and she is the first person I will contact if I enter the market again.

At every point in the process, she was exceedingly attentive, helpful, and professional.She made a last-minute appointment to show an apartment although it was at the end of the day. After the showing, she took my roommate and me on a lengthy and illuminating tour of the neighborhood.After choosing the apartment, there were several complications (all on my end, not Anastasia's) that prevented a prompt signing of the lease. Most brokers would have dropped my roommate and me immediately, but Anastasia continued to accommodate us.I could not be more pleased with the experience; Anastasia will be the first person I turn to the next time I am in the market for an apartment.

My boyfriend and I were in a terrible jam and need to move out of our apartment very quickly. I contacted Anastasia and told her our needs and within minutes she responded and set up a time for us to meet within hours. The first place she showed us was gorgeous and we decided to put a deposit down on the spot. Within 24hrs she processed all of the paperwork and made it happen. I can't recommend her enough.
