His business model is based upon asking the right questions to clearly understand his client's goals; from renting, buying, and selling a home to finding a business their commercial space.
Born in Colombia but raised in New York, Alejandro connects with his clients by giving them true stories and experiences about people, places, and the charm of New York. Alejandro learned about the true power of real estate through his family's investments – overseas transactions and buying/renovating a home in the United States. Following in his parents' footsteps, his first real estate investment was at the age of 18.
Alejandro loves what he does. He loves the streets of New York City, its people, and the satisfaction of helping others. He goes the extra mile for his clients; from first contact to key exchange – to following up afterwards to make sure the client is satisfied with their new home.
