Adam's intense work ethic and market knowledge combined make for his success in the NYC real estate industry. As a Top Producer and Rookie of the Year in 2012 at his previous firm, he brings to Nest Seekers International unique experience with a focus on the luxury downtown market. Amongst his early accomplishments, he has set a rental record in the Financial District for highest price per square foot (William Beaver House PH3), represented foreign investors in the Battery Park City condominium market (225 Rector Place), and has recently closed multiple sales transactions in other Manhattan neighborhoods and Williamsburg.

Adam also has a diverse background in music, sports, and business. He had previously worked in the Silicon Valley's vibrant and tech driven commercial real estate market. While attending Santa Clara University in California for his business marketing degree, Adam was the first intern for the iPhone PR Team at Apple Inc. He has also held positions at Cisco Systems, Interscope Records, and Creative License. Adam's competitiveness, passion and intensity may be partly attributed to his childhood and being raised in a football family. His father, Steve Mariucci, was a NFL coach and is currently an Analyst at NFL Network.

In his free time, Adam still writes and produces music for his band The Relay Company and other aspiring artists. The Relay Company has played music festivals with artists such as Good Charlotte, Gym Class Heroes, Smashmouth, Neon Trees, Snoop Dogg, and Linkin Park.
