Andrey was fantastic! As a recent transplant to NYC, Andrey was very honest and helpful about the rental process. He worked with my unique income situation (multiple sources) and really took my considerations, budget, and neighborhoods into account. I was very clear about my desire for a proper kitchen, and he found me a place with plenty of space AND a dishwasher. I'm also the only person I know with in-unit washer and dryer. He was extremely patient with me getting my documents together, and I ended up in a place that I absolutely love.
