He was born and raised in Williamsburg, Brooklyn where his great grandparents settled when they immigrated from Italy over 100 years ago. His deeps roots and experiences make for a wealth of knowledge as he knows each neighborhood like the back of his hand.

A graduate of SUNY - New Paltz, Walter studied acting and directing. Although he did pursue a career in comedy and as an actor, he found that his talents and personality translated really well to working in real estate. You may have seen him on NBC's reality series, "Average Joe", but he's way above average to us and all of his satisfied clients! Walter has worked in all aspects of residential leasing in NYC, from on site in luxury buildings to being the exclusive leasing director for a major landlord. His experience makes him one of the most well versed leasing agents in the city!
