She founded the award-winning Trica Jean-Baptiste Communications, Inc., a New York-based boutique public relations agency specializing in travel and tourism. Trica transitioned into real estate after her hospitality tenures, creating a commercial real estate consultancy specializing in luxury hospitality/residential assets and developments. Her extensive network of investors, developers, and hospitality brands netted involvement in numerous hotel and residential projects across the country.
