Terance Massenburg was born in Manhattan and raised in the Bronx. He started his education in Architectural studies, which established his love for property in New York. While living abroad in Europe, he took an appreciation to all that the world has to offer architecturally. After realizing that there is no place like home in New York City, he quickly returned to continue his education.

With a Bachelor of Science degree in business from Lehman College and a concentration in marketing and human resources, Terance learned to work with people in a relatable way. He always wanted to help people find their dream home in the capital of the world, which is why he decided to join Highline Residential as a real estate agent. Terance enjoys all that the city has to offer, including his favorite French 5 star restaurant, Daniel's, on 65th St and the Mexican Dos Caminos eatery in Soho.
