Finding an apartment in NYC is extremely stressful and different from any other place in the country. Suzanne makes the process so much smoother so you can really enjoy the excitement of apartment hunting. We had a few bad experiences and working with Suzanne definitely put us at ease with finding our perfect home.

Since we were looking at a very popular time, e were initially very worried about housing, but Suzanne was able to find us a 4 different studios, all within our budget and our specifications regarding size and location- and only after an evening of communicating. She's smart and friendly and in-the-know about NY real estate. She really understands the spirit of each of the neighbourhoods and is great at communicating each of their quirks and personalities. She's a joy to be around and I'll be sure to ask her again when I'm looking for my next place. Highly recommend!
