Rosario was born in New Jersey and moved with her family to Riverdale, NY when she was very young. Though she subsequently spent a good part of her life in Miami, Florida, she has always considered herself a New Yorker.
When marrying her junior high sweetheart in 2018, Rosario was thrilled to move back to NYC, and sell real estate in the city she's deeply passionate about. She enjoys sharing her knowledge of the current market with her clients, educating and collaborating with them to find a home that truly fits.
As a big pet lover, Rosario takes special interest in making sure clients with dogs and cats get a place they can all feel comfortable in. "I specialize in matching people and pets to the right residences," she says. "My focus is on rentals and sales on the Upper West Side area of Manhattan, with a special niche in pet-friendly buildings, because we all deserve to have our fur babies with us!"
With a background as a legal secretary, and a stay-at-home mom, Rosario has developed valuable skills as a problem solver, organizer, and creative thinker. When it comes to servicing her clients, she will always be honest and direct, inquisitive to their unique needs, and perseverant in helping them succeed even in difficult situations.
Rosario speaks Spanish fluently and understands some Portuguese. In her free time, she is addicted to knitting and crocheting and especially likes making bohemian-style bathing suits and tops for her daughter.
