Originally from Sao Paulo, Brazil, Paulo received a Bachelor's of Architecture and Urban Planning with double majors from the University of Fine Arts of Sao Paulo. He additionally earned a Masters of Architecture from Boston Architectural College. Paulo has an excellent knowledge of the Upper East Side inventory and offerings as a resident of there for many years, but he works throughout Manhattan. He also is a restaurant connoisseur of his neighborhood, with a passion for food, culture and travel, having been to 26 countries so far. Fluent in Portuguese as well as English, Paulo additionally loves visiting museums, plus is an amateur photographer, and a climate activist.
