Born in New York City, Patricia spent her early childhood being raised in Haiti. At age 14, she returned to NYC to continue her education. Patricia often says that her childhood benefited from the best of both worlds. Growing up amidst the Caribbean seas in a laid back environment taught her to be patient, humble, and value all the beauty Mother Nature has to offer. Spending later years in NYC taught her to move fast, learn how to succeed in the bustle of a vibrant city, plus be determined, committed, and have a passion for life.
Patricia attended Stony Brook University and Hunter College, and worked as a Retail General Manager, most recently at the flagship Crate and Barrel store. She enjoyed 24 great years at a company she loved and admired. Her values of putting people first and assuring customer satisfaction is her number one priority. After spending the majority of her career helping others create a space they love, inspiring the best hosting environment for friends and family, she is excited to assist people in finding the right home where all of that can be possible. Known for her strong communication and follow up, as well as her focus and strategic planning skills, Patricia strives to make the experience rewarding. She specializes in rentals and sales, but mainly, in easing the stress and transition of one's move.
Fluent in English, French, and Haitian Creole, Patricia lives in Queens with her Chihuahua Mac who she adores. She also volunteers her time giving back to the children in Haiti, as well as with Rebuilding Together, supporting those needing help with rebuilding after natural disasters.
