Not only will i make sure every "i" is dotted and 't' is crossed before we move you in, I will help you stay on top of any potential issues that may arise and will be your pointman or wingman, whichever you need at the time.
I also respond in a timely manner to any and all phone calls / texts [just not on shabbat] and I am also very organized, punctual and i am a good listener.
