Lila was dedicated to the process the whole time and patient when necessary. She was very communicative even when expectations on key hand over got tedious. My only qualm was the lease signing being done over an iphone. It made the process longer and harder and would have preferred a paper signing (old school I know) or a bigger screen (ipad). Overall we are happy with the apartment.
